Marriott Courtyard

The 1997 Courtyard by Marriott was due for a bold transformation—one that would reimagine every aspect of the guest experience. This comprehensive renovation revitalized the three-story, 121-room hotel, including upgraded public spaces such as a modern lounge, library, business center, spacious outdoor patio, dining area, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

The renovation extended to a complete exterior reimaging, utilizing performance fiber cement panels, sleek metal accents, and a contemporary color palette to deliver a clean, sophisticated façade. The refreshed exterior now sets the tone for an elevated guest experience, combining durability with visual appeal.

Inside, the updated design embraces Marriott’s brand-approved furnishings and finishes, thoughtfully curated to create a refined and welcoming environment. The open-concept lobby is arranged into furniture-based “rooms,” offering flexible seating zones in a mixed palette and anchored by a modern, cafeteria-style bistro. Guestrooms continue the elevated aesthetic, blending comfort, quality, and the consistent excellence expected from the Courtyard by Marriott brand.
