Project Manager | November 23, 2020

Project Manager:

Candidate will be responsible for overseeing project documentation and the production of construction documents. They work with a team and be involved in all phases of the projects from schematic design through construction documents and assist in the construction administration phase.


Essential Functions:

· Work in a team environment and collaborate with others.
· Be prepared to lead a project in all phase of the design process.
· Use Excel and scheduling software to keep project on budget and schedule.
· Help mentor junior team members on construction and documentation
· Provide some BIM/CAD support to project as needed.
· Produce accurate work as a part of a coordinated project team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

· 5 years; minimum experience working in architectural firm.
· Experience with AutoCAD/ Revit preferred.
· Experience as a leader and manager of individuals
· Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
