We are currently looking for a Project Manager to add to the RED team and enhance our existing culture.

Our Must-Haves -

* 5+ years architectural firm experience
* Management experience
* Management of all phases of design process
* Excellent multi-tasking skills
* Ability to develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
* Knowledge of construction, detailing and building materials
* Construction Administration experience
* AutoCAD & Revit experience preferred
* Microsoft Office Suite

Architectural Drafter:

Candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings to be used in construction. They work with a team and be involved in all phases of the projects from schematic design through construction documents and assist in the construction administration phase.


Essential Functions:

· Work in a team environment and collaborate with others.
· Be prepared to participate in all phase of the design process.
· Use BIM/CAD software for drafting of architectural drawings and technical details
· Become familiar with terminology of building design and construction.
· Demonstrate understanding of plans, sections, and elevations.
· Provide BIM/CAD support to project team from sketches, verbal instructions, or notes.
· Understand time management and complete tasks on schedule.
· Learn and apply office standards of design, quality control, and production.
· Produce accurate work as a part of a coordinated project team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
· 3 years; minimum experience in architectural drafting.
· Experience with AutoCAD.
· Experience with Revit preferred
· Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Our Must-Haves-
* Bachelor's degree in architecture and 7+ years architectural design experience, or 10+ years architectural design experience.
* California architectural license
* Skilled in architectural design, management of construction documents and oversight of the project throughout all phases.
* Good graphic skills and ability to perform analyses of design, planning, and occupancy studies and limited design layouts
* Ability to develop project specifications and create reports, plans, and estimates
* Knowledge of construction, detailing, and building materials
* Construction Administration experience
* AutoCAD & Revit experience preferred
*MS Office Suite

Our Architectural Internship program creates an opportunity for students to get exposure to a variety of projects in different phases of design while working side-by-side with other architects, engineers, interior designers, and other support staff. After being assigned a designated advocate, they will go through our internship training program and will get exposure to active architectural design projects within their first few weeks. Going through this program prepares students for future employment by giving them hands-on experience in this industry, experience working in a professional environment, and it is a great way to network with other design professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS
Completion of 1 years of higher education toward a degree in Architecture preferred.
Submission of a resume and a professional/academic portfolio (PDF format with 2-4 work
samples)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Exercise sound time management and organizational skills while multi-tasking
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication
Ensure an attention to detail when handling projects
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite product experience is an asset

ADDITIONAL APTITUDES
3d Modeling software experience. e.g. Sketchup, Enscape, Lumion
3d Modeling tools experience. e.g. 3d Printers, VR

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM EXPECTATIONS
Participate in architectural design through all stages including Conceptual Design, Schematic
Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration.
Presentation graphics preparation
Verbal presentations, communications of ideas to staff.
Involvement in on site activities through documentation of existing structures, field surveys,
and job site visits.
Exposure to project team meetings
Familiarity with using and adhering to production standards and protocols
Visit jobsites with an experienced team member to understand general construction methods
