MARRIOTT COURTYARD

It was time to reimagine a 1997 Courtyard by Marriott.  This 3 stories, 121 guest rooms hotel included a Lounge, Library, business center, spacious outdoor patio, dinning, and state of the art fitness center. This major renovation would touch on all areas of this hotel including an exterior reimaging. Working with performance fiber cement panels, metal and a contemporary color palette the exterior was transformed. The new exterior façade provides a clean sophisticated experience for the guest. The property now welcomes guest with a fresh, upscale look using harmonious selections from Marriott’s catalog of brand-approved furniture, flooring, lighting, and finishes. The open lobby plan incorporates furniture-based “rooms” with a mixed color palette, flanked by a cafeteria-style bistro. The guestrooms continue the sophisticated and welcoming look you would expect with all the comforts and quality of Courtyard by Marriott.
