This project will be a complete aesthetic transformation of this existing dilapidated hotel. Located on a main thoroughfare of the city that has been sitting for years, this will be a very welcome project. The entire facade will get a facelift as well as a completely new entrance and porte cochere. The interior will be redesigned to include a breakfast bar and eating area, fitness center and meeting rooms.
